Who we are

We are a multidisciplinary team with over two decades of experience in business consulting. Our diverse personal and professional backgrounds allow us to offer multi-faceted expertise, supporting your organisation's evolution in a way that is integral, deep and progressive.

Our mission

We are committed to ushering in a new paradigm of consciousness, sustainability, and global harmony. By engaging both business and non-profit sectors, we champion noble purposes and support organisations in adopting humanistic, responsible, and innovative practices.

Our vision

We guide businesses and organisations through transformative journeys towards a sustainable and harmonious future. Our approach involves training leaders and teams in new models of consciousness, efficiency, and global responsibility.

Our priorities:

  1. Position humans at the heart of organisations

  2. Adopt a systemic and strategic vision

  3. Develop inspired and inspiring leadership

  4. Promote innovative and sustainable organisational and management practices

  5. Cultivating agile and robust ecosystems

Our ultimate goal is to align all stakeholders towards concrete positive impact, contributing to a more balanced and responsible world.

Our values

Seven core values guide our work in supporting generative leaders and cultural transformation. We strive to fully embody these values in our behaviours, internal processes, structures, and culture.

  • By connecting to their humility and wisdom, the generative leader becomes aware of who they are. They then understand how to contribute to the harmony ideally present between all human beings and all forms of life.

  • When the unity and alignment between the generative leader's deep personal sense of purpose and the purpose of their organization is shared by all stakeholders of the company, the leaders become a source of energy driving action and engagement from everyone.

  • The Sense of Purpose, (re)discovered by the generative leader for themselves personally, for their teams, and for their company, is shared with all stakeholders. Servant leaders aim for positive contributions to the world.

  • The generative leader restores to each individual their freedom and the exercise of their full potential for action in a responsible manner. Autonomy is made possible by a strong culture and participatory dynamic processes that ensure strong individual and collective leadership, shared across all elements of the system.

  • The generative leader has the necessary courage and boldness to dare to shift towards a new economic paradigm and to put themselves in service of the world.

  • The harmony created by the generative leader within themselves and with their company allows for harmony within their organization, including among the people who constitute it, and the environment in which it operates.

  • The generative leader rediscovers through joy their enthusiasm and passion in their commitment. These become contagious. Positivity and an abundance mentality are felt in interactions and decision-making.
